“OAK THREE PANEL” ORIGINAL VINTAGE OAK EDWARDIAN TALL SOLID WOOD FIREPLACE MANTLE

Solid Oak – Sound, unrestored condition – Would benefit from being refinished.  Design features three plain panels and nice moulding around the fire opening with a secondary lower shelf.  The bottom of the legs have been cut around a skirting at some point in its history.

Looks like the top mantle has been cut down in depth aswell, so the front edge would need to be re-finish or the whole shelf replaced to finish it.

Offered in unrestored condition, it has some scratches, marks and dinks (see photos)  Definitely would benefit from re-finishing, but useable as it stands in an older property if the top shelf were sorted out.
