Believed ORIGINAL ART DECO Mantle – Painted finish, probably pine underneath.
Price £240
Features include a low top mantle with a graceful curve to it, nestling between higher leg uprights. A beaded moulding adds to the attractiveness, unfortunately a section is missing (see photo).
In good overall condition for the year, only major damage is a chunk missing from the side of the left jamb (see photo).
Offered in unrestored condition, it has some scratches, marks and dinks (see photos) and it definitely needs some repairs and repainting.
The price reflects the current condition.
Restored, in nice condition it would be sell for between £800 and £1000.
