A pair of large & heavy decorative steel gates featuring plain vertical bars, with a dip in the centre of both gates and tasteful silver spear head finials<\/p>\n
In generally good condition, they are useable as they stand but they would definitely benefit from a good wire brushing and a new coat of paint.<\/p>\n
Please look at the photos carefully to ascertain the condition of the gates, as they form a vital part of the description.<\/p>\n
There is a central handle on one gate, and a drop bar which are both free and useable.<\/p>\n
No additional hardware comes with the gates, only what is shown in the photos. Most DIY or hardware shops can provide fixing kits for gates, or a local foundry could make up whatever fittings you require to use the gates in your particular scenario.<\/p>\n
The size suggests a possible use as driveway gates, but some of our clients have used gates like these to make a backdrop for climbing plants or make a feature against a plain wall.Measurements –<\/p>\n
