Offered for sale is a pair of decorative steel gates featuring a repeated heart motif with curly details and straight bars. The gates are unusually flat topped with no upper finials.<\/p>\n
In generally good condition, they are useable as they stand but they would definitely benefit from a good wire brushing and a new coat of paint. The bottoms of the gates have more rust on them than the tops.<\/p>\n
Please look at the photos carefully to ascertain the condition of the gates, as they form a vital part of the description.<\/p>\n
There is a central handle on one gate, the handle is solid so would need to be freed up.<\/p>\n
No additional hardware comes with the gates, only what is shown in the photos. Most DIY or hardware shops can provide fixing kits for gates, or a local foundry could make up whatever fittings you require to use the gates in your particular scenario.<\/p>\n
