CAST IRON ADAM STYLE BACKPLATE – “GRATE GLOW”
This item was originally part of a dog basket and was bolted to the side legs forming the back.
The rest of the basket has been separated, so this can now be used on its own behind a basic basket.
Using a backplate will protect the wall from heat as well as contributing to the decorative nature of the fire.
In very good overall condition, this fireback has been refinished in a matt black stove paint, and looks smart enough to adorn any fireplace.
